Terms of use

These terms govern this website and the demonstration environment. A practice that buys Enamel is governed by its signed agreement and business associate agreement, which win wherever they disagree with this page.

Agreement

By using enamel.cloud or the Enamel demonstration environment you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use them. Enamel Cloud LLC may update this page; material changes are dated at the top and take effect when posted.

Who may use Enamel

Enamel is business software for dental practices and the people who work in them. You must be able to form a binding contract, and if you accept these terms on behalf of a practice you must be authorised to bind it. Enamel is not for personal or household use, and is not a consumer health service.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your credentials. Use a unique password and a second factor, tell us promptly at security@enamel.cloud if you believe an account has been compromised, and do not share a login between people — an audit log naming three possible humans is not an audit log.

The demonstration environment

The demo contains synthetic data, resets on a schedule, and has messaging, claims submission and payments disabled. It is provided as-is for evaluation, may change or disappear without notice, and is not covered by a business associate agreement. Do not enter real patient information into it.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • attempt to access data belonging to another practice, or test that boundary except under a written authorisation from us;
  • probe, scan or load-test the service without permission — ask first, we answer;
  • use the service to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited messages to patients;
  • resell, sublicense or white-label the service without a written agreement;
  • reverse engineer the service except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded;
  • use the AI assistant’s output as the sole basis for a clinical, diagnostic or coverage decision.

Your data

A practice’s data is the practice’s. We claim no ownership of it, we do not use it to train models, and we do not sell it. What we may do with it is set out in the privacy policy and, for protected health information, in the business associate agreement.

Assistance, not advice

The assistant automates administrative work — eligibility lookups, remittance posting, appeal drafting, scheduling outreach. Its output is a draft for a qualified person to check. It is not clinical advice, legal advice, a coverage determination, or a guarantee that a carrier will pay, and a practice remains responsible for what it submits and for what it tells a patient.

Availability

We aim for the service to be there when the practice opens. Service levels, if any, are in the signed agreement; nothing on this website is a service level commitment.

Intellectual property

Enamel, the Enamel mark and everything on this website are owned by Enamel Cloud LLC. Other product and company names are the property of their owners and appear here to say what Enamel connects to — their use is nominative and implies no endorsement, affiliation or certification by those companies.

Disclaimer and liability

Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the website and the demonstration environment are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, Enamel Cloud LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from use of this website or the demonstration environment.

Termination

We may suspend access to this website or the demonstration environment at any time. A paying practice’s rights on termination — including export of its data — are in its signed agreement, not here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules, and the parties submit to the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
